Down 10lbs in 2 months ✨

10 lbs down in 2 months—no Ozempic, no magic pills, just plants and consistency 🌿✨

Every morning, I make my ‘wellness tea’—cold brew Tazo peach green tea + Yogi elderberry lemon balm tea, a splash of white grape juice (hello Starbucks vibes 🍑), and my two MVPs:

🧘‍♀️ Liquid Ashwagandha – This adaptogen is known for helping regulate stress hormones like cortisol, which can play a big role in emotional eating and belly fat. I swear it helps calm my brain and stop the urge to snack when I’m not really hungry.

🌼 Liquid Lemon Balm – A soothing, anti-inflammatory herb that helps with digestion, anxiety, and cravings. It’s honestly a game-changer for my mood and sweet tooth. I used to be a constant grazer—this helps me feel satisfied and more balanced.

I also eat tons of fruit when I want sweets and naturally started eating smaller portions without feeling restricted.

I’ve done Ozempic before and it made me feel awful. This? This feels GOOD. Clearer mind, lighter body, better vibes 🫶

... Read moreOkay, let's talk about 'grazing.' If you're anything like I used to be, you might find yourself constantly heading to the kitchen, even when you're not truly hungry. It's a habit, right? A little nibble here, a sweet treat there, and before you know it, those calories add up. I know the struggle! For years, I was a total grazer, especially when stressed or bored. That's why I was so thrilled when I found a natural approach that genuinely helped me break that cycle and finally see the scale move in the right direction. My absolute game-changer in this journey was Lemon Balm. Seriously, this herb is a powerhouse! When I first started adding liquid lemon balm to my daily routine, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. But what I noticed pretty quickly was a shift in my overall mood and a significant reduction in those nagging sweet cravings. As a 'grazer,' I often reached for sugary snacks. Lemon Balm, with its soothing properties, seemed to calm my nervous system, which in turn quieted that urge to snack out of anxiety or restlessness. It's known for supporting digestion too, which always makes me feel lighter and less bloated—a huge win! Alongside Lemon Balm, Ashwagandha, often called 'Withania somnifera,' became my other MVP. For me, emotional eating was a big trigger for grazing. When stress levels were high, my hand was automatically reaching for comfort food. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen, meaning it helps your body adapt to stress. By regulating stress hormones like cortisol, it really helped me manage the emotional ups and downs that often led to mindless eating. The OCR even highlighted 'ASHWAGANDHA ENERGY & VITALITY,' and I can attest to feeling more balanced, with clearer mental energy, which definitely helps me make better food choices throughout the day. It helps me differentiate between true hunger and emotional hunger. My 'wellness tea' isn't just a drink; it's a ritual that supports this whole process. I start with cold brew Tazo peach green tea, then add Yogi Elderberry Lemon Balm tea for that extra immune and stress support. A splash of white grape juice gives it that lovely 'Starbucks peach' vibe – a little treat without excess sugar. Then come my liquid Ashwagandha and Lemon Balm drops. It's such a simple blend, but the synergy of these ingredients is incredible. The result is a delicious, calming beverage that sets a positive tone for my day, helping me avoid unnecessary snacking and feel truly satisfied. The OCR also mentions 'PEACHY GREEN TEA WITH ASHWAGANDHA FOR FLAVORED ADAPTOGENIC SUPPORT,' which perfectly describes the blend's intention. What I love most about this approach is that it’s all about working with my body, not against it. As the OCR stated, it's 'No counting calories' for me. Instead of strict calorie counting or feeling restricted, I naturally started eating smaller portions because I felt more balanced and less driven by cravings. I also discovered that when I crave sweets, reaching for a piece of fruit truly satisfies that urge. It’s about making smart, plant-based choices consistently. This isn't a quick fix, and there are 'no magic pills,' but the consistency with these natural tools has brought me incredible 'energy & vitality.' It truly feels good to achieve weight loss in a way that nourishes my body and mind, leading to a clearer mind, lighter body, and better vibes overall. This journey has shown me that sustainable weight loss is about understanding your body's signals and supporting it with natural helpers like these amazing herbs.
