I've found this simple movement not only wakes me up but also supports my body's natural cleansing processes. Squats, about 30 repetitions daily, target the spleen and stomach, which traditional wellness perspectives link to energy levels and digestion. Including squats has strengthened my core and improved my posture, making daily tasks easier and reducing fatigue. Side stretches (around 30 reps) aid in regulating bowel movements, something that any busy person can appreciate. After including these stretches, I noticed better digestive regularity and less bloating during the day. Lastly, 50 arm raises can boost circulation and support digestive processes, helping prevent sluggishness after meals. This simple exercise also helps counteract the effects of prolonged sitting, common in many lifestyles today. These exercises require no special equipment and can be modified to fit any fitness level, making them accessible for women looking to enhance their wellness routines. Consistency is key—practicing these moves each morning can contribute to sustained energy, improved digestion, and a stronger body overall.
