Reading takes me on adventures I could only dream about 🥰🤷🏼‍♀️

3/5 Edited to

... Read moreReading has always been a gateway to worlds unknown, allowing me to experience stories and landscapes far beyond my daily surroundings. It’s fascinating how a simple book can ignite vivid images in your mind, making you feel as if you are truly part of the adventure. From exploring distant galaxies to walking medieval castles or diving into deep-sea mysteries, each page turn unravels new excitement and emotion. In my personal experience, immersing myself in books has not only been a form of relaxation but also a powerful way to expand my perspective. Characters’ journeys often resonate with my own challenges and dreams, providing comfort and inspiration. I find myself eagerly anticipating the next chapter, knowing that the adventure awaits. Moreover, reading has improved my creativity and empathy, as I walk in different shoes and explore diverse cultures and ideas through storytelling. It’s a privilege that anyone can access such adventures simply by picking up a book or an e-reader. For those who haven’t yet embraced reading, I encourage starting with genres that spark your curiosity—whether fantasy, mystery, or historical fiction—because the right story can truly take you places you’ve only dreamed of. Making time to read regularly has enriched my life in ways I could never have imagined, turning quiet moments into cherished journeys.

Kids should be reading “banned” books
I don’t believe the books on current “banned” or “challenged” lists should be on there. I fully intent on having my children read banned books as they age! The crazy part is, there’s banned and challenged books for all ages including young children. I find it incredibly important that our children
