Walking in, the vibe is exactly as described – super chill and welcoming. The friendly staff made me feel right at home, ready to dive into their enticing menu. As the name suggests, their parathas are the star, and for good reason! I tried both the garlic paratha, which arrived perfectly golden-brown and garnished with fresh cilantro, and the laccha paratha, known for its beautiful flaky, layered texture. Both were incredibly soft and flavorful, making them the perfect vehicles for scooping up every delicious drop of curry. They have a fantastic range of stuffed parathas too, from spicy potato to creamy paneer, each one a little parcel of joy. Beyond the parathas, their menu is a treasure trove of Indian delights. For anyone heading to Paratha Wala Inc. for the first time, I'd highly recommend starting with one of their stuffed parathas and definitely a side of garlic or laccha naan. Don't skip the chicken tikka masala, and if you have room, those samosas are worth it. The pricing is also very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes – my chicken tikka masala at $16, and the naans at $5 each, felt like great value.
