1 Ratio Vanilla Yogurt

1/2 Banana

3 Dates

1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds

1 Tsp of Black Seeds

1 Tbsp of Pure Raw Honey

Macros:

Calories : 555

Protein: 48g✅

Carbohydrates: 53g

Fat: 16g

Fiber: 8g
