将来軒は、高岡市で長年愛されてきた昔ながらの町中華で、何度訪れても飽きない魅力があります。私自身、仕事の合間にランチで訪れたことがありますが、やはりここの餃子は一度食べたら忘れられません。特に印象的なのは、しっかりと厚みのある皮に包まれたジューシーなお肉の餃子。5個で350円というリーズナブルな価格ながら、1個1個のボリュームがかなりあるため、3人前頼むとかなりお腹いっぱいになります。 また、チャーハンもシンプルながら絶妙な味付けで、まさに「昔ながら」という感じの飽きのこない仕上がり。マーボー茄子などのサイドメニューも一口いただくと、深いコクと香ばしさが感じられ、定番メニューながらも手抜きのない料理だと感じました。 店内の雰囲気は地元密着の落ち着いた町中華の雰囲気そのもので、スタッフの方も親切で気さく。駐車場は店のすぐ近くにあり、車でのアクセスも便利です。ランチタイムは11:30～13:30と短めなので、訪れる際は混雑時間を避けるのがオススメです。 餃子の皮の厚みや肉のジューシーさは、他の富山の町中華店とも違い、ここだけの個性があります。地元の方だけでなく観光客の方も、訪れる価値のあるお店です。次回は人気メニューのロース丼やラーメンも試してみたいと思っています。 地元の昔ながらの味やボリューム満点の餃子を楽しみたい方は、ぜひ将来軒へ足を運んでみてください。懐かしくも満足感のあるランチタイムが過ごせること間違いなしです。
