S’mores Cookies Recipe

These S’mores Cookies capture the gooey, chocolatey, and crunchy magic of a campfire s’more in every bite! Perfect to enjoy year round but also a great treat for the Holidays!

Ingredients:

- 1 cup butter, softened

- ¾ cup sugar

- ¾ cup brown sugar

- 2 eggs

- 1 tbsp vanilla

- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp baking soda

- ½ tsp baking powder

- ½ tsp salt

- 1 cup chocolate chips

- 1-2 cup marshmallows

Extra chocolate to top

Instructions:

1. Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

2. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

3. Fold the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt) into the wet mixture.

4. Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.

5.Scoop dough onto 1/2 graham crackers and place on baking sheets. Place additional chocolate on top of dough if desired.

6. Bake on 350° for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft.
