Big Feelings Day

Journaling and asking myself questions that are digging deep daily has…well dug up some pretty big feelings. I am pretty terrible at expressing my feelings but this is kinda how I was picturing them. Like I am still growing and sprouting but like the roots of all these feelings are still here affecting me. And I to pull myself up and plan myself in some new soil.

Feelings are exhausting. Lol especially when I am not particularly good at recognizing they are there. But I’m determined to grow, feel them fully so I can not be triggered and caught off guard by them.
