i can’t eat fast food or at mostly any restaurant anymore so I had to get realllyy good at the dupes. & now it tastes better at home anyways! these were all 10/10! mostly everything is from the farmers market- obviously they don’t sell soy sauce there, but if I buy something from the store I make sure it has >10 ingredients. food sensitivities are both a blessing and a curse 🤘🏼

For instance, who doesn't love Buffalo Wild Wings? But for a homemade recipe that truly hits the spot, I've perfected my 'Buffalo Wild Wings dupe' naked chicken nuggets. The trick is to season the chicken really well, bake or air-fry them until crispy without any heavy breading, then toss them in a homemade teriyaki sauce that's free from all the extra sugars and preservatives. Pair them with homemade fries – cut thin and baked with a dash of olive oil and sea salt – and you've got a game-changer. It's incredible how simple ingredients can transform into something so satisfying! Another massive win in my kitchen is the Chick-fil-A dupe. Their nuggets? Absolutely doable at home, especially if you're looking for gluten-free chicken nuggets. I use a simple almond flour coating or just go 'naked' again, and whip up a homemade Polynesian sauce with a few pantry staples.
