didn’t want to workout today so i went to go workout 👏🏼#summerbod #gymshark women #gymfitnessgirl #embracevulnerability #bodytransformation
I know how hard it can be to get yourself to the gym when motivation feels low—I've been there many times. What helped me recently was focusing on a specific muscle group, like quads and hamstrings, and breaking down my workout into clear, manageable sets. For example, heel elevated squats are a game-changer because they really target the quads differently compared to regular squats. I usually do 3 sets of 10 reps on heel elevated squats, then move on to leg presses and leg extensions with 3 sets of 12 reps each. Finishing off with calf raises until failure really helps engage all the lower leg muscles. It’s a balanced routine that keeps things interesting and pushes me through days when I'm tempted to skip my workout. Using hashtags like #summerbod and #bodytransformation reminds me of my goals, and gear from brands like Gymshark adds a little boost of confidence. Plus, embracing vulnerability in your fitness journey is crucial; everyone has off days. Sometimes just showing up and doing what you can is a win, and the results come with consistent effort. I encourage you to try setting simple goals within your workout to keep that momentum going, even on days you don’t feel like it.
