[Ingredients] for 2 people
~ Burg material ~
· Ground pork... 200 g
・ Onion... 1 / 4
・ Bread crumbs: 1 tablespoon
・ Milk: 1 spoon spoon
・ Mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon tablespoon
・ Salt... 3 pinches
・ Pepper... a little
・ Oil: 1 spoon spoon
・ Umami sauce rich tomato... tablespoon 4
・ Sliced cheese... 2 slices
2 eggs.
· Rice... for 2 people

[How to make]
① Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix
② Divide into two and make a slightly thinner bale shape
③ Bake in a frying pan with oil, cover and heat on low heat for about 8 minutes while turning halfway
④ Wipe off excess oil with paper, add "Uma sauce rich tomato" and heat a little
⑤ Turn off the heat, put the cheese on top, cover and steam
⑥ Make a fried egg

目玉焼きって簡単そうで、意外と「白身が広がる」「黄身が固まる」「フライパンにくっつく」って失敗しがち。ロコモコの仕上げが目玉焼きだと見た目も味も一気にカフェ風になるので、私はここだけ丁寧にやってます。 【目玉焼き（基本の作り方）】 1) フライパンを中火で30秒ほど温めてから、油を薄くひく（くっつき防止に大事）。 2) 卵は一度小皿に割っておくと、殻が入らない＆黄身が崩れにくい。 3) 卵をそっと入れたら、弱火に落とす。 4) 水を小さじ1〜2入れてすぐ蓋。蒸気で白身が早く固まって、黄身がとろっと残りやすい。 5) 1分〜1分半を目安に火を止め、余熱で好みの固さに。 【とろっと黄身にしたい時のコツ】 ・火加減は「弱火」固定が安心。強火だと白身がカリカリになって黄身が固まりやすいです。 ・蓋蒸しの水は入れすぎない（べちゃっとしやすい）。 ・冷蔵庫から出したての卵は固まりが遅いので、時間で調整すると失敗しにくいです。 【見た目がきれいになるポイント】 ・卵を落とす位置はフライパンの中心付近に。 ・白身が広がりそうなら、箸で外側の白身を軽く内側に寄せると丸くまとまりやすい。 【ロコモコに合う“盛り付け”小ワザ】 ご飯→レタスなどの野菜→バーグ→ソース→スライスチーズ→目玉焼きの順にのせると、ソースが流れてもワンプレートがきれいに見えます。私は最後に黒こしょうを少しだけ振るのが好き。 ソース1本で味が決まる系のロコモコは、目玉焼きがうまくいくと満足感が段違い。とろ〜りチーズ×半熟卵の組み合わせ、ぜひ試してみてください。
