Hobbies are amazing for the mind and body to help you feel productive while doing something you love.

My biggest suggestion is to have 3 hobbies for each your MIND (word puzzles,reading), HEALTH (meditation, skincare), HANDS (crochet, lego set building)🥂

I’m always finding things I love and adore doing, but after a while I get bored. Then I switch to something new I obsess over and switch out again. If you’re anything like me and need new ideas and reminders of old hobbies you haven’t done follow me I have so many more ideas just from this post!!!
