Finally made it to Xin Fa Bakery to try their famous egg tarts—and let me tell you, they are as good as everyone says! 🥳

On a rainy day, I decided to brave the weather and head to Brooklyn to check this place out. I’ve tried a few times before, but always missed out, so I was determined to try it this time!

Here’s what makes these egg tarts stand out:

• Freshly Made: The egg tarts are baked fresh and served hot, straight out of the oven. The moment I opened the box, the scent of warm pastries hit me. So delicious! 🌟

• Crispy Outer Shell: The outer crust is crispy and flaky without crumbling all over the place, and the inner filling is super soft and velvety, almost creamy, with a slight custard-like texture that melts in your mouth. 🥰

• Super Affordable: A box of 6 for just $10! The tarts are quite large, so it’s definitely worth the price. 🤑 They recommend eating them within 1 hour for the best experience, but even when they cooled down, they were still delicious.

• Other Treats: I also tried their Tiramisu 🍮 and Chocolate Milk Pudding Roll 🍫—both were light and not overly sweet, with rich flavors and smooth textures. The milk pudding was especially creamy. 🌟
