Just a option

Leave the table when respect is no longer being served. Leave the table when you see they don’t value you or care about you . Leave the table when they don’t support you or push you towards something better . Leave the table when they are unkind . Leave the table when they push your boundaries to see how much it takes to break you. Leave the table because one day you will start seeing yourself as they see you , your worth so much more then just an option . You have value and you deserve to be chosen and be put first .

I've personally experienced moments where I was treated like an option rather than a priority, and it took time to realize that staying only harms your sense of worth. Being alone can sometimes feel daunting, but it's far better than feeling like a backup plan. This solitude fosters self-respect and peace. It’s important to remind yourself that your value isn’t defined by others’ acknowledgment but by your own belief in your worth. When people push your boundaries or show unkindness, it’s not just about their behavior but about how much we allow such treatment. Setting clear boundaries and choosing to walk away protects your emotional and mental health. I learned that waiting for someone to choose you is essentially abandoning yourself. Instead, stand tall in your own company, nurturing your strengths and passions. The right relationships will uplift you and make you feel valued, not uncertain or like an option. Remember, you deserve to be put first and chosen wholeheartedly. Keep investing in yourself and surround yourself with people who genuinely support and encourage your growth. Your presence is a privilege – both to you and to those who truly appreciate it.
