🥩 Day 201 - 3 Nov 2025
📍 Monday of eating mackerel + picanyna + egg quality kitchen feed
🌅 Morning:
• Wake up. Don't feel like going to the bathroom.
• Drinking water → Facial massage
• Breakfast:
• Bake 1 piece of Picanya meat in a hot air baking pot
• 3 fried egg omelette
• Reinforced with 2 unstocked mackerel (bought yesterday as a pack)
• Plan to share mackerel with several meals - good for fat
☕️ Coffee... secretly losing again:
• I intend to stop coffee... but finally, take a cup of butter coffee + egg yolk + cream.
• Before drinking coffee: Eat 1 egg + ½ mackerel
🍳 Day & Evening:
• 1 egg + mackerel + meat (rest from morning)
• "Cook once, eat 3 meals" - a time-saving strategy like elder Bae!
🩸 Menstruation (Day 3):
• Come today, less than the day before.
• Morning with 35 cm sanitary napkins → Change in the afternoon (not full, but for comfort)
• Notice that there is a slight headache in the afternoon.
• After coffee, it improved, but still felt a little.
• Probably the result of hormones / menstrual cycle
• Phi Phi is very health-conscious. There is a saying that "I don't want to stroke." ❤️
📌 Special note from today's note:
• mackerel boosts omega-3 and good fat. Fits menstruation.
• Cook 1 meal in advance, eat 3 meals. It's a great idea for working people.
• No swelling or awkwardness today, even near the end days of Menes.
• Coffee is still both comfort and dilemma for Phi Pha.
