🩸 Day 272 - 13 Jan.
(End of Mains. The day the blood started very light)
☀️ woke up early, drank a large glass of warm water, and immediately felt fecal pain, a large amount, but not too liquid and tight.
🩸 There was some blood last night, but not much. The blood color was bright red, not dark, and not half a mess.
🍳 Breakfast at the office:
• 1 boiled egg
• One Avocado
• Followed by Butter Coffee (Bulletproof)
🥒 Lunch:
• Sardines
• 2 boiled eggs
• Japanese cucumber
➡️ 28 grams of cork protein. Stomach. Very comfortable.
🍽 Dinner at home:
• Russian salt pickled fish
• 2 Eggs
• End with one more avocado - it's full.
🩸 of the month today:
• Sanitary napkins during the day have almost no blood marks, only faint redness.
• At 10: 00 p.m., change tampons again. Still clean white.
📝 Wait and see if Mains is really out tomorrow...

จากประสบการณ์ของผมเองที่ลองอาหารแนว Animal Based Diet พบว่าอาหารที่เน้นโปรตีนจากไข่ ปลา และไขมันดีอย่างอาโวคาโด ช่วยให้อิ่มท้องและพลังงานคงที่ตลอดวัน อีกทั้งยังช่วยเรื่องการขับถ่ายให้เป็นปกติไม่ติดขัดเหมือนที่พี่ภาว่าดื่มน้ำอุ่นตอนเช้าช่วยกระตุ้นระบบย่อยอาหารได้ดีมาก ปลาซาดีนที่พี่ภาเลือกทานเป็นแหล่งโปรตีนคุณภาพสูงที่นอกจากจะมีโปรตีนครบถ้วนแล้วยังเพิ่มโอเมก้า-3 และแคลเซียม ที่ดีต่อสุขภาพกระดูกและหัวใจ และปลาดองเกลือรัสเซียที่มีความเค็มพอเหมาะช่วยเพิ่มรสชาติให้มื้อเย็นน่าสนใจขึ้น นอกจากนี้ การที่พี่ภามีบันทึกละเอียดเกี่ยวกับอาการเมนส์ ทำให้เห็นว่าการรับประทานอาหารเน้นสัตว์เป็นหลัก อาจส่งผลดีต่อการรักษาความสมดุลฮอร์โมนและบรรเทาอาการประจำเดือนได้ในบางรายอีกด้วย การทานอาหาร Animal Based Diet อาจไม่เหมาะกับทุกคน แต่จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว พบว่าสามารถช่วยให้รู้สึกอิ่มได้นาน ลดอาการหิวบ่อย ลดการทานอาหารว่างที่ไม่จำเป็น และส่งผลดีต่อระบบขับถ่ายและพลังงานร่างกายได้ดี จุดสำคัญคือควรคำนึงถึงความสมดุลและคุณภาพของอาหารที่เลือกเพื่อสุขภาพที่ดีในระยะยาว
