🌤 Day 284 | 24 Jan.
Very full sleep today. 😴
• Total sleep: 8 hours and 12 minutes
• Deep sleep: 2 hours and 37 minutes
No stools this morning (because it was taken the night before bed)
🍳 breakfast.
• Mind menu: 3 stewed eggs with onions, cayenne peppers and butter → fragrant, delicious, satisfying
• End with yogurt + blueberries 🍇
☕ Late Morning Routine
• Go to the car wash and stop in the office.
• Make regular recipe butter coffee:
• Coffee
• Butter
• Cocoa powder
• Salt Blossom
→ Drinking and refreshing. Brain cleared. 💡
🐟 Afternoon meal, 3 p.m.
• Sardines in olive oil
→ Delicious, full, good fat and a lot of creatinine
Then stroll through the mall, walk through and shop in the super 🛒, exercise lightly and fill the house.
🍲 dinner.
• I want to eat "warm, boiled" food, so I buy:
• Chicken Feet + Chicken Wings + Pig → Made to Boil Chicken Wings Chicken Feet Fish Water Keep to eat many meals
• Dinner Today Eat:
• Boiled pork filling (dummy, but push out very delicious!)
• End with Yogurt + Frozen Blueberries
🚽. Before bed.
• At 7: 00 p.m., I want to shoot.
• Get a fair amount.
• Firm Texture, Non-Liquid → Light Open End of the Day Ready to Sleep 😌
Summary today.
- The body is well rested.
- Full meal.
- Have a light exercise.
- Have a new menu to eat long (boil chicken feet, pork, fish sauce)
