Lost People Question What They Don’t Understand

People question your faith—or your oath—

because they don’t have one of their own.

They don’t know where to start,

so they question where you stand .

Wrong team… wrong leader… wrong direction.

That’s why they lost.

Meanwhile—I’m rooted, not confused. #OGMammaDee #FaithOverConfusion #StayRooted #RealTalkOnly #SpiritualGrowth #KnowYourPath #NotLost #StrongFaith #LeadYourself #MindsetShift #WalkInTruth #DifferentEnergy

... Read moreIn my own journey, I’ve found that when people question your faith or principles, it’s often a reflection of their own uncertainty rather than a critique of you. Many times, those who challenge your beliefs do so because they haven't yet found their own foundation or direction. This creates a natural tendency to doubt or criticize what they don’t understand. What has worked for me is focusing inward—anchoring myself in my values and convictions. Staying rooted means having a clear sense of purpose and a solid mindset, even when surrounded by conflicting energies or negative voices. It’s not about blindly following, but about consciously leading yourself with truth and confidence. This mindset shift has helped me navigate challenges and avoid being swayed by misplaced doubts. Additionally, I embrace the concept of "Faith Over Confusion." This reminds me to prioritize trust in my own path rather than getting lost in others' opinions or criticism. I’ve learned that aligning with the right leadership—whether spiritual, personal, or professional—is key to staying directed and effective. Being on the wrong team or following the wrong leader only leads to confusion and loss. For anyone struggling with similar experiences, my advice is to cultivate spiritual growth and self-awareness. Keep asking yourself: What is my truth? Where am I headed? What energy do I want to bring into my life? By answering these, you build resilience and clarity. Remember, you’re not lost—you are rooted, learning, and evolving. Staying grounded takes practice, but it’s empowering. When you lead yourself authentically and confidently, external doubts lose their power. Instead, you step into a space of strength and real talk, embracing your unique journey with faith and purpose.

An NCLEX clinical judgment question presents a 68-year-old patient with altered mental status, weakness, and specific lab results (low Sodium, low Magnesium). It asks to select all appropriate nursing actions from six options (A-F).
