A reminder for struggling with intuitive eating 🥗🍔

After years of battling with intuitive eating, I realized my struggles stemmed from a fraught relationship with food. I began to heal by letting go of diet culture, practicing self-compassion, and embracing mindful eating. By listening to my body and honoring its needs, I finally found peace and balance. Now, food is not the enemy but a source of nourishment and joy.

• it’s okay to have what you want

Calories are good for you, they are your friend not your enemy!

Be mindful and ask if you are hungry, would you eat an apple? If you say no to the apple… you’re probably not hungry, and just bored.
