If spaghetti had a season, it would surely be during the colder months when warm, comforting meals are most welcome. This homemade spaghetti recipe captures that cozy spirit perfectly with ingredients like aromatic rosemary and rich San Marzano tomatoes that add depth and authenticity to the sauce. Using a splash of wine to deglaze the pan releases extra flavor from the ground beef and vegetables, creating a savory base that’s both fast and flavorful. One of the secrets to a standout spaghetti dish is simmering the sauce until it becomes glossy and thick, which allows the flavors to meld beautifully. Adding a bit of pasta water right at the end ensures the sauce clings perfectly to your pasta. Parmesan cheese is the ideal finishing touch to bring a creamy, nutty richness to each bite. For those who want to keep it simple or have picky eaters like Choco, plain cooked beef is a straightforward yet tasty option that pairs well with any pasta. This recipe’s flexibility means you can adjust seasonings like oregano, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning to suit your taste preferences.
