Instructions:
Step 1: Start buy chopping up your onions
Step 2: Once your onions are cut, set a pan to low-med and saute until slightly translucent.
Step 3: Add in you Ground beef and season with 1 TBS of garlic powder, 1 TBS of onion powder, a pinch of salt and pepper
Step 4: Add in your marinara sauce of your choice (PRO TIP: to get all the sauce out of the jar add a little bit of water, cover it and shake it until all sauce is combined with the water, then add it on to your pan)
Step 5: Add your Italian Seasoning and Brown sugar.(PRO TIP: Brown Sugar neutralizes the acid from the Marinara sauce and balances the flavors.
Add in Salt to taste as well (PRO TIP: Give your sauce a try and if it tastes bland it most likely needs more salt!)
Step 6: Follow the box Directions on your noodles ( PRO TIP: Add salt to your water to add flavor to your noodles)
Step 7: Add in your noodles into your sauce
Step 8: Grab your Hard Shell Tacos and add in the Spaghetti then Top it off with some Parmesan Cheese.

Making iCarly spaghetti tacos is a delightful way to bring a nostalgic and playful touch to your dinner table. When I first tried this recipe, it instantly brought back memories of watching the show and craving something uniquely tasty and fun. The combination of savory ground beef and tangy marinara sauce blends beautifully with the soft spaghetti inside the crispy hard shell tacos, giving you a satisfying fusion of textures and flavors. A key to perfect spaghetti tacos is seasoning the meat mixture well with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and a bit of brown sugar as the recipe suggests. The brown sugar is a clever addition that helps balance the acidity of the marinara sauce, making the sauce rich and smooth rather than overly tangy. Adding salt gradually and tasting as you go is essential to bringing all the flavors together. For the spaghetti, I recommend using angel hair noodles as the delicate strands fit nicely inside the taco shells without being too bulky. Salt the boiling water before cooking the noodles to enhance their flavor, an easy chef’s tip that makes a big difference. Once the noodles are cooked and drained, mixing them directly into the sauce allows every strand to be coated with that flavorful blend. When assembling, make sure to warm the jumbo corn taco shells slightly to prevent cracking and to add a satisfying crunch. Filling them generously with the saucy spaghetti and ground beef mixture is the highlight, and sprinkling some fresh grated Parmesan cheese on top adds a nice savory finish. This recipe is perfect for a family cooking night or a casual get-together, creating not just a meal but memories. Everyone can get involved by helping with chopping onions, seasoning the meat, or filling the tacos. It’s also a great way to introduce kids to cooking while keeping things playful and engaging. If you want to customize, feel free to add extra toppings like chopped fresh basil, grated mozzarella, or even a dash of hot sauce for a bit of heat. These tweaks personalize the spaghetti tacos and make each meal unique yet comforting. Overall, iCarly spaghetti tacos are a fun, surprisingly tasty comfort food that combines two beloved foods into one innovative dish. Whether you’re reliving childhood or trying something new, this recipe is sure to be a winner on your dinner table.
