Everything changes
Change pt.2 - RM
Sometimes life changes so fast that we can barely catch up.
People change, jobs change, relationships change.
And then we stood in the middle of all this, tired but still walking.
"Everything keeps changing... but nothing feels different."
(Everything has changed but why it feels the same)
"I tried to hold on, but it slipped through my hands."
(I tried to grab it, but I finally got out of hand anyway)
We often think that if we try hard enough,
Things remain.
But the truth isn't always like that.
Something was born to "let us learn," not "let us keep it."
"I thought I was changing... but maybe it was you."
(I thought I changed... but maybe it was her who changed)
Change makes us question who exactly changed.
The answer is both.
Because growth never stops. And no one stays the same forever.
"Everything is blurry, I don't know anymore."
(Everything is so blurry that I don't know what the truth is.)
Not being sure, not feeling stable or unable to see the future doesn't mean we're failing.
It is a sign that we are moving into a "new chapter of life."
"Things change... and so did we."
(Everything changed and we changed too)
We can't stop the change.
But we can choose which way to change.
Change because of fear or change to grow.
"When everything changes,
Choose to change with intention. "
"When everything changes, let us choose which way to change."
We may not control change.
But we can choose which style to grow
การเปลี่ยนแปลงในชีวิตถือเป็นสิ่งที่ไม่มีใครสามารถหลีกเลี่ยงได้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงของตัวเราเอง หรือสภาพแวดล้อมรอบตัวที่หมุนเวียนไปอย่างรวดเร็ว ความไม่แน่ใจและความรู้สึกพร่ามัวแทนที่จะมองว่าเป็นอุปสรรค กลับเป็นสัญญาณเตือนว่าคุณกำลังก้าวเข้าสู่ "บทใหม่ของชีวิต" ที่จะเติมเต็มด้วยประสบการณ์และบทเรียนใหม่ๆ ซึ่งจะช่วยให้เราเติบโตได้อย่างแท้จริง หลายครั้งที่เราพยายามจับไว้หรือควบคุมสิ่งที่เปลี่ยนแปลง แต่ความจริงบางอย่างถูกสร้างขึ้นมาเพื่อ "ให้เราเรียนรู้" ไม่ใช่ "ให้เราเก็บรักษา" การเปลี่ยนแปลงนี้จึงช่วยให้เรามองเห็นตัวเองในมุมที่ลึกซึ้งขึ้น ตั้งคำถามว่าใครเปลี่ยนไปจริงๆ หรือเป็นเราทุกคนที่เติบโตและพัฒนาไปพร้อมกัน การยอมรับว่า "ทุกอย่างเปลี่ยนไป แต่ทำไมรู้สึกเหมือนเดิมหมด" ช่วยให้เราไม่ยึดติดกับอดีตอย่างไม่จำเป็น และเปิดใจรับสิ่งใหม่ๆ ที่เข้ามาในชีวิต ถามตัวเองว่าเราจะเลือกเปลี่ยน "เพราะกลัว" หรือ "เพื่อเติบโต" เพื่อก้าวผ่านความไม่แน่ใจนี้ด้วยความชัดเจนและความตั้งใจ นอกจากนี้ การปรับตัวและเติบโตในยุคที่ทุกอย่างเปลี่ยนแปลงรวดเร็ว เช่น การเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคม เทคโนโลยี หรือแม้แต่ความสัมพันธ์ส่วนตัว ถือเป็นเรื่องท้าทายแต่ก็เปิดโอกาสให้เราได้ค้นพบตัวเองและสร้างชีวิตที่เราต้องการอย่างมีความหมาย สุดท้าย การเปลี่ยนแปลงไม่ใช่สัญญาณของความล้มเหลว แต่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการเดินทางของชีวิตที่ทุกคนต้องผ่าน การเติบโตอย่างมีเจตนาและการเรียนรู้จากทุกการเปลี่ยนแปลง จะช่วยให้เรายืนหยัดอย่างมั่นคงและพร้อมรับมือกับบทใหม่ที่กำลังมาถึงอย่างมั่นใจ
