Without holding a hand.
Level 2: Sit and sip coffee alone.
Note yourself gently.
Level 3: Go to the cafe alone.
Without feeling the need to rush.
Level 4: Watch the movie alone.
And then let yourself feel full.
Level 5: Go eat alone.
Without playing mobile
Level 6: A close trip alone.
Half a day trip lightly.
Level 7: Book yourself a day off.
Do what you want to do all day
Level 8: write journal
Talk to yourself without judgment
Levels 9-10:
Try solo trip / go to concert alone. 🤍
Don't start at high level.
Don't be good. Don't be brave right away.
Just start with Level 0.
And then slowly move.
