Riven for now

The real game begins then: 'rolling' them with Kuva to try and get the perfect stats for your favorite weapon. It's truly a test of patience and luck, but getting that god-roll feels incredibly rewarding. Now, let's talk about 'riven disposition.' This is a crucial factor many players overlook. Disposition is a hidden multiplier that affects how potent a Riven's stats can be. Weapons that are less popular or perceived as weaker by the game's meta tend to have higher dispositions, meaning their Rivens can roll with much stronger bonuses. Conversely, powerful, widely-used weapons often have low dispositions, making their Rivens less impactful. This system is designed to balance the meta, encouraging Tenno to try out different weapons. It's why a Riven for an 'underdog' weapon can sometimes make it incredibly powerful, potentially 'withstanding' many of the platform's challenges and even outperforming popular choices! While the disposition values can change with updates, generally, you'll find weapons that aren't at the top of the meta tier lists have higher dispositions.
