Stuffed shells
INGREDIENTS
12 oz box Jumbo Pasta Shells, cooked to al dente
1 jar of your fav pasta Sauce
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, hand shredded
½ Grated Parmesan Cheese
15 oz Ricotta Cheese
2 Eggs
Salt and Pepper, Garlic Power, onion powder, oregano, basil and red chili flakes to your taste preference
parsley flakes for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°
In a medium sized skillet, brown your meat and season. Set it aside to cool and remove as much fat as possible.
In a medium sized bowl, add the ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and eggs.
Season it with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and basil and oregano. mix everything together until it’s evenly combined.
Line a 9 x 13” baking dish with three cups of the marinara sauce.
Take the cooked pasta shells and using a spoon, evenly distribute the filling into the center of each pasta shell. (I used a piping bag instead, less mess)
I also divided my mixture and only prepared half with meat)
Place the stuffed shells down, side by side into the sauce lined baking sheet and drizzle the top of the shells with another cup of the sauce.
Cover the baking dish with tin foil and place it into the center rack of the oven for about 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and broiled for a couple minutes until top cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let the shells cool slightly, garnish and enjoy!
