Apps to use on the daily!

🌿Lemon8

Clearly the best app ever 😱 I love our small little enthusiastic community that radiates positivity and goals. I am so incredibly grateful that I found this platform! I find it so much less of a mental burden compared to other draining social media apps. There's always room to improve on myself and there's always room for growth, and lemon8 inspires me to be a better person. Who dosent like the aesthetically pleasing posts?!

🌿Journal

I love this app because it gives me different promps when I have trouble or lack of motivation to write, it makes it so much easier and enjoyable to do so. Although I like pen and paper, there's something about having all of my thoughts in one place digitally that I love because I can look back and compare either my growth or setbacks I have faced within a period of time. Something I struggle with is expressing my thoughts out loud, and I feel like journaling to myself helps a lot with keeping my thoughts all in one place instead of nowhere. Self love is important and journaling my thoughts is definitely a great self care practice for me🫶

🌿Canva

I love creating my different collages from photos or ideas for free! Canva has so many different uses and very versatile for creativity. I was forced to use this in school for a school project one year, and hated it because it was school related; then when I needed a new personalized phone background or a vision board for myself I found this app veryyyy helpful.

🌿Pinterest

This is where I get a lot of inspiration and ideas kinda like I do with lemon8. I love visualizing goals, inspirations, crafts and other forms of creativity and pinterest boards make it very easy to make that inspiration flow.

🌿Alo moves

I set a mindfulness and meditation goal at the beginning of the year and this app helped me with those along with different workouts that I can do at home if i'm not feeling up for the gym. I wish I used this app more regularly, but this post reminded me of my goal and I should stick to it! Definitely recommend for people who want to slowly improve fitness and mindfulness at home!

🌿My cycle

Period tracker to track all of my symptoms and if my period has come late, which it recently has. I think this app is more aesthetic than the flo app in my opinion which makes tracking more fun 🤩

🌿TimeTree

I can track my appointments, work and every reminder you can think of all in one place. I like to have my organized schedule to feel like my life is together🤣 I also share another separate calendar with my friends to see which days we can hang out or attend certain events. Makes adulting so much easier!

🌿Elevate

This app helps improve my grammar and speaking abilities by playing fun games that don't wrack your brain too much. I think it's a good addition to my routine and it keeps me off of other games I might want to play that I spend hours on (literally)

🌿Goodnotes

This app I have on my Ipad so I can have all of my notes, charts and reminders on me at all times. I love my Ipad and I use it all day everyday in nursing school so it's nice to have my notes on the go!

If you have any suggestions or tips or apps you would highly recommend, let me know in the comments! I am always up for new ideas and content to keep me inspired and motivated to be a better version of myself🫶🍋🌿

... Read moreI totally get it – we all want that 'fabulous' daily routine, the kind that leaves us feeling productive, inspired, and genuinely happy. For a long time, I struggled to find my rhythm, but incorporating a few key apps has genuinely transformed my everyday. It's not just about having the apps; it's about how you weave them into your day to create a seamless flow that supports your goals and well-being. Let me share how I've crafted my own version of a 'fabulous routine screen' using some of these incredible tools. My mornings used to be chaotic, but now I start with intention. The Alo Moves app is a non-negotiable for me. Even a quick 10-minute meditation or gentle stretch session makes a world of difference. It sets a mindful tone for the entire day, helping me feel centered before the world gets too noisy. Right after, I grab my Journal app. Instead of just a blank page, those prompts are lifesavers when my mind feels foggy. It's my daily check-in, helping me process thoughts and set small intentions, much like a digital 'daily routine screen' for my inner self. As the day unfolds, staying organized is key to feeling fabulous, not frantic. TimeTree has become my digital assistant, ensuring I don't miss appointments or deadlines. I even share a calendar with friends, which makes social planning so much smoother. For my more focused tasks, especially with my studies, Goodnotes on my iPad is a lifesaver. Having all my notes and charts digitally means I can study anywhere, anytime, keeping my academic routine consistent. And when I need a mental break from intense work, the Elevate app is perfect. Those quick, fun brain games sharpen my mind without feeling like another chore, truly adding a productive 'screen' break to my routine. Mid-day is usually when I need a creative boost or a moment of inspiration. This is where Canva and Pinterest truly shine. I love to use Canva for quick visual brainstorming or even just to create a fun, personalized phone background that reflects my current mood or goals. Pinterest, much like a curated 'inspiration screen,' is my go-to for visualizing future plans, finding new recipes, or just getting a dose of aesthetic beauty. It helps me recharge creatively. And for taking care of my body, the My Cycle app is fantastic. It's so much more aesthetically pleasing than others I've tried, making tracking my wellness feel less like a chore and more like an act of self-care. It’s a subtle but important part of my overall 'glow up' journey. Finally, winding down for the evening is just as important as starting the day right. I often revisit my Journal app to reflect on the day – what went well, what I learned, and what I'm grateful for. It’s a wonderful way to clear my head before bed. Then, a quick peek at TimeTree to mentally prepare for tomorrow’s schedule ensures I wake up feeling ready, not overwhelmed. And of course, a little scroll through Lemon8 is always a fun way to connect with a positive community and get inspired for new ideas or personal growth tips. These apps, collectively, have helped me build a 'fabulous daily routine' that supports my personal 'glow up' in so many ways. Give them a try and see how they can transform your day!
