Ingredientes
1 Filete de pechuga de pollo
1/2 Aguacate
1/4 Cebolla
1/2 Tomate
2 láminas de arroz para rollitos
Semillas de sésamos ( opcional )
Limón o salsa china
PARA EL ADEREZO:
1/4 Ají pimiento
2 a 3 cucharadas de queso cottage low fat
Sal al gusto
INSTRUCCIONES
1-Sazona el filete con polvos de tu preferencia, cocínalo en el sartén vuelta y vuelta con el fuego alto de 2 a 3 minutos por cada lado y luego córtalo en fajas
2-Pica el tomate , la cebolla y el aguacate en cuadritos
3-Remoja las láminas de arroz por 10 segundos cada una por separado ( no excedan el tiempo que se pueden romper fácilmente)
4- Ahora pasamos a montar todo lo que cortamos en una de las láminas estilo burrito ,en mi caso yo sazoné todo con sal y limón y luego repetimos con la otra lámina para reforzar
5-Para el aderezo en un procesador de especias o batidora de mano agrega el queso cottage, el pimiento y sal al gusto , bátelo por 10 segundos y listo!!
