Champion Center January Open Show

Xtra Little Sunshine bringing home $475 this weekend! She was on fire in the ranch events and scored a 143 to win the Open Reining. You deserve lots of apples Sunny!!! 🦄☀️

The Champion Center January Open Show highlighted remarkable talents this year, with Xtra Little Sunshine's exceptional performance in various ranch events capturing attention. Competing against strong contenders, she showcased her skills by placing 1st in the prestigious $500 Open Reining and earning an impressive score of 143. In addition to her Open Reining triumph, she excelled in the $100 Open Ranch Pleasure, securing a commendable 2nd out of 24 competitors. The competition was fierce, particularly in the Senior Horse Ranch Pleasure, where she achieved 4th place out of 20 participants. In the Ranch Riding category, she continued to dominate, finishing 3rd and 1st in the $250 Open Ranch Riding event. Additionally, Xtra Little Sunshine participated in Youth Ranch Riding and made a strong impression, finishing 1st out of 13 competitors. Overall, her outstanding accomplishments at the show not only earned her a place among the top contenders but also brought home a total of $475, showcasing the excellence in training and dedication leading up to this event. The show served as a platform for many talented horses and riders, making it a memorable event for the local equestrian community. The competition's high level emphasized the importance of preparation and skill in ranch-style events, encouraging participants to continuously improve and excel in their performances.
