I found that managing storage on the device alone can be limiting, especially when iCloud backups aren't a preferred option due to ongoing fees. One great alternative is to offload your photos, videos, and other data directly to your PC. A tool I recently used called FoneTool made this process surprisingly easy. It allows selective backup, so you don't have to copy everything—just the files you want. After installing the software, I was able to connect my iPhone, choose specific albums and files, and start the backup in a few clicks. This freed up over 50GB of space on my device almost instantly. Additionally, enabling the 'Optimize iPhone Storage' setting in Photos helps by keeping smaller, space-saving versions on your phone while full-resolution images stay safe in iCloud. But since I wanted a local backup, combining this with offloading to PC gave me the perfect balance. Lastly, remember to regularly check your iPhone storage settings under Settings > General > iPhone Storage to identify apps and caches that can be cleaned out. This hands-on approach helped me maintain ample free space without resorting to subscription plans.

How we actually split money as a couple
People keep asking me this, so let’s talk about it. “Does your boyfriend pay for everything?” Short answer: no. Long answer: it’s… fluid. We never sat down and made rules like “you pay this, I pay that.” Especially not early on. Maybe when we live together one day, but for now, it’s more ab

Rating the IDs we met..
Bonus: We met an ID at a furniture fair and he offered very good package pricing for a 4 room HDB. 🚩 Usual sales tactic - need to commit now to lock in the price (if it’s too good to be true, it is too good to be true) If an ID is not committed and well-prepared even before I make the 1st d
