From my experience, using AirDrop is by far the fastest method if both your old and new iPhones support it. Simply enable AirDrop on both devices through the Control Center, set it to "Contacts Only" or "Everyone," then select the photos on your old iPhone, and share them to the new device. The photos appear automatically in the Photos app once you accept the transfer. However, if you’re moving photos from an Android device or want a more comprehensive backup solution, third-party tools such as FoneTool are invaluable. These apps not only transfer photos but also back them up to prevent any accidental loss during the process. What I particularly like about FoneTool is its seamless syncing capability—it works quickly and supports all models, including the iPhone 16/17 Plus, Pro, Max, and Air. Another tip is to keep your iPhone charged and ensure both devices are connected to a strong Wi-Fi network during transfer to avoid interruptions.
