My Pregnancy Regrets
1. Not Exercising Consistently: I went into the pregnancy overweight and not consistent with working out. I planned on getting into a routine but morning sickness kicked my butt. Next pregnancy I plan to be healthier and dedicated to moving my body. I definitely want a stronger core and pelvic floor next pregnancy.
2. Not Taking More Pictures: I took a lot of mirror selfies but I should have taken the time to do more professional shoots especially with my husband!
3. Doing Too Much: during my last trimester I was suppose to be on modified bedrest for my elevated blood pressures. I was stubborn and did not listen. As a first time mom, you really never feel ready and are constantly wanting to nest or prepare for your baby's arrival somehow. I definitely should have just taken that time to really rest before the baby came.

I regret not sticking to my prenatals. They just made me so sick & no matter what I tried I couldn’t take them so after like 2 or 3 months I stopped taking them.. I feel horrible about it but he is so far very healthy & on the right track at 3 months. He was 5 weeks early due to preeclampsia but I’m terrified I -
