Stretches for your chest
Most of my work days rely by sitting down typing on a computer or working on my phone. Due to the nature of repetitive movement my pec muscles tend to get tight. I like to do these stretches on the daily to losen the muscles and relieve any pain. All stretches I do them for 20-30 seconds 3 times.

Last nights workout was a push day focused lift (push day being chest, triceps and shoulders) -I have been pretty consistent with this being my routine but sometimes I like to switch out a exercise and throw in some dumbbell chest press as well! -I ALWAYS end my upper body days with core workout
