The hero here is, of course, Vitamin C, which is a powerhouse for our immune system, helps with collagen production for glowing skin, and even aids in energy levels. And trust me, this recipe is packed with it! I start with a generous amount of frozen strawberries, which are not only sweet and juicy but also incredibly rich in Vitamin C. Then, I add frozen papaya and frozen pineapples – these two tropical gems bring a fantastic tang and sweetness, plus even more Vitamin C.
