Condition 10 years ago, 26 years old.
Went to run a little, but believe that I am very good, do not have any knowledge of health care, especially about eating food. I think that eating water, little sweet green tea (spinning too) is that I do not eat a lot. Acne also came. I secretly know in my heart that I am not a good person and think that if the belly is faked enough, I can go to the bag of good people.
But now, 36 years old, never too late to take care of yourself, take care of your health, come further than you think, the abdominal muscles, the limbs, are trying not to get too big, but a little bit bigger, but gradually, not in a hurry, not serious, but definitely not too heavy. 🤣

Back then I thought "not eating much" was healthy enough. 😅
Now I know better.
At 36, I'm stronger, younger, and more confident than I ever imagined. 💪🤍

สวัสดีค่ะทุกคน วันนี้อยากมาแบ่งปันประสบการณ์การดูแลสุขภาพและรูปร่างในช่วง 10 ปีที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่ใครหลายคนอาจเจอเหมือนกันค่ะ ตอนที่อายุ 26 ปี ฉันเริ่มต้นด้วยการออกกำลังกายเบาๆ อย่างการวิ่ง แต่จริงๆ แล้วไม่มีความรู้ในการดูแลสุขภาพอย่างถูกต้อง โดยเฉพาะเรื่องอาหารการกิน ฉันคิดแบบผิดๆ ว่าไม่กินเยอะก็จะดีแล้ว และยังชอบดื่มชาเขียวหวานน้อยปั่นทุกวัน แต่สุดท้ายก็มีปัญหาเรื่องสิวและรูปร่างที่ไม่เป็นไปตามใจหวัง เพราะฉันไม่ได้วางแผนการกินอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ แต่พอเวลาผ่านไป 10 ปี ฉันก็ได้เรียนรู้และเปลี่ยนแปลงตัวเองเยอะมากค่ะ ตอนนี้อายุ 36 ปี ฉันดูแลตัวเองมากขึ้น เริ่มฝึกเวทเทรนนิ่งเพื่อให้กล้ามเนื้อแข็งแรง รวมถึงมีความรู้เรื่องโภชนาการที่ดีขึ้น ทำให้กล้ามหน้าท้อง แขน และขา มีความสมส่วน ฉันพยายามไม่ให้กล้ามเนื้อใหญ่มากเกินไป เพราะอยากได้หุ่นที่ลีนและดูเป็นธรรมชาติ ไม่เน้นบึกบึน สิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดที่ฉันได้เรียนรู้ คือการมีความอดทนและไม่รีบร้อน การเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปร่างและสุขภาพเป็นเรื่องที่ต้องใช้เวลา และทุกคนสามารถทำได้ไม่ว่าจะเริ่มต้นเมื่อไหร่ก็ตาม สำหรับใครที่กำลังเริ่มต้นหรือรู้สึกท้อใจในการดูแลตัวเอง อยากให้ลองเพิ่มเติมการออกกำลังกายควบคู่กับการปรับพฤติกรรมการกินเล็กๆ น้อยๆ และพักผ่อนอย่างเพียงพอ เพราะการดูแลสุขภาพไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องของรูปลักษณ์ภายนอก แต่ยังช่วยให้จิตใจแข็งแรงและมั่นใจในตัวเองมากขึ้นอีกด้วยค่ะ ถ้าคุณกำลังมองหาแรงบันดาลใจหรือแนวทางการปรับตัวเพื่อสุขภาพที่ดีขึ้น ลองติดตาม #FitnessJourney #HealthyLifestyle และ #BodyTransformation ที่ฉันใช้เป็นแนวทางประจำวันดูนะคะ รับรองว่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงนั้นไม่ได้ยากเกินไปเลยค่ะ!
