HYOSHIRO low sodium dashi stock 🐟🍲

Used this low sodium dashi stock to make noodles for my toddler! Super easy - fill pot with 500ml of water, add a dashi packet and bring to boil. Remove dashi packet after 2-3 minutes, add ingredients and simmer till cooked.

Besides using it as a dashi stock, you can tear open the pack and use the contents as seasoning for dishes like fried noodles, rice, veggies etc!

Such a convenient way to add flavor to our family’s meals! I kept the rest in the fridge for freshness. 😘

... Read moreDashi stock is a staple in Japanese cooking, traditionally made from ingredients like kelp (kombu), bonito flakes (katsuobushi), and sometimes dried flying fish. HYOSHIRO dashi offers a low sodium option that still captures this delicious umami essence, making it ideal for health-conscious individuals or young children who need milder flavors. When preparing meals, I found that using one packet of HYOSHIRO dashi in 500ml of water creates a perfect base for noodles or soups. After steeping and removing the packet, the broth is flavorful yet light, allowing you to add vegetables, tofu, or proteins without overpowering the dish. An added benefit is using the contents of the dashi packet as a seasoning. I often tear the packet open after use and sprinkle the stock powder over fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, or even grilled meats. This multipurpose use reduces waste and enhances everyday meals. For parents looking for a healthier alternative to traditional soup bases and stock powders loaded with sodium, HYOSHIRO's product is a great find. Keeping the remaining packets refrigerated ensures freshness for multiple uses. You can easily purchase this product on Shopee or check local supermarkets for availability. Additionally, knowing the ingredients helps—from flying fish and kelp to the absence of excessive salt—boosting confidence in using this product for family-friendly cooking. Overall, HYOSHIRO low sodium dashi stock bridges convenience and nutrition, supporting delicious and balanced meals at home.
