Tonight we had porkchops with Spanish rice 😋

》 I start with washed rice and add it into the pan. I let it cook until its golden brown. Make sure to stir it frequently so it doesn't burn.

》Then I add a can of tomato sauce and the seasonings which are: black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Knorr chicken tomato bouillon.

》Make sure to stir it all together. Lastly I add enough water to submerge the rice. Cover and let it cook.

Here's what I did for the porkchops:

》 I use a fork to put holes on them so it'll be easier to cook.

》 In a pan add some vegetable oil and butter to warm up.

》 While that's warming up I start to season the porkchops. I use: black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, lemon pepper, and a little bit of Montreal seasoning.

》 Once the pan is warm add the porkchops seasoned side down and add more seasoning.

》 Let it cook about 5-7 mins each side. Then you're done!

I added some Mexican fresh cheese on the side! Enjoy ☺️
