Breaking down large projects into manageable sub-tasks allows for better tracking, prioritization, and collaboration with team members. Not only does this method prevent lost or misplaced files, but it also provides a clear overview of current project statuses. What I found especially helpful is integrating client-specific folders within Notion and tagging tasks by completion status or priority. This creates an intuitive workflow where the most urgent items surface quickly, cutting down time spent searching for files or project details. Ultimately, although dedicating time to reorganize files may seem like a detour, it leads to more focused, billable work afterward. Keeping marketing files meticulously organized contributes to smoother project execution, reduced stress, and the ability to deliver timely results to clients. For marketers struggling with file chaos, implementing a system like Notion’s sub-task organization can be a real game-changer.
