Looking For Tips!!

I’m looking for tips you may have for people who have audhd (autism spectrum + adhd) to stay motivated for longer terms.
I know for myself, at least, that it’s difficult to maintain the same level of drive for a long period of time without completely burning out.

I am the same way!! And while I do feel like it’s important to listen to your body and rest when you need rest, one of my little hacks is chugging water when I’m not feeling motivated so that having to pee will literally make me get up out of bed 😂🤦🏻♀️
