WE NEED OUR ABS TO COME IN !!!

One thing I noticed recently is when I do deep core diastasis recti friendly exercises more regularly I see better results so I have been trying to incorporate those at least twice a week. This has helped my stubborn belly improve more in a few weeks than a years worth of ab exercises 😆 Eve
