WE NEED OUR ABS TO COME IN !!!

One thing I noticed recently is when I do deep core diastasis recti friendly exercises more regularly I see better results so I have been trying to incorporate those at least twice a week.

This has helped my stubborn belly improve more in a few weeks than a years worth of ab exercises 😆

Everyone is very different so I'm not saying these are one size fits all but I am saying if you have been consistently been in the gym and eating right and you aren't seeing results in your stomach area...it won't hurt to try these out.

No weights required for this one also so no excuses 😊 I did 3 sets of 30-45 seconds for everything.

A lot of these moves use a lot of your hip flexors just fyi and they get sore pretty quick (at least mind do) so be sure to rock your knees back and fourth during rest periods and the stretch I'm doing at the end is soooo good to re @lease that tension in your hip flexor also!
