My faith completely changed how I approached weight loss.

I used to try doing everything on my own — chasing diets, stressing over results. But when I gave it to God, He gave me peace and strength I couldn’t find anywhere else.

I learned to love myself through every stage — even the “before.”

I lost weight, yes… but what I really gained was confidence, clarity, and a heart rooted in grace.
