This routine helped me climb out of a dark place. I hope it reaches someone who needs it today.

When I was diagnosed with clinical depression, I felt completely numb. I felt like a failure after bombing my MCAT, I was still single going on 7 years, I had just been diagnosed with what felt like a life altering diagnosis, the list went on.

But as soon as I started prioritizing myself and self care, things started to change so fast. I felt purpose again. I felt like a deserved to live.

Take the time to pour into yourself. You deserve it 💕
