A concept from the noggin
If DC and MARVEL Comics ever allowed me to tell a story about Superman and Spider-Man, this is what I would do with the idea: The story would follow Superman and Spider-Man, not just as themselves, but as their civilian personas, Clark Kent and Peter Parker, working together to uncover a secret that’s been linked between New York City & Metropolis for the past thirteen years! As they inch closer to the revelation, only two things are certain: heroes are needed now more than ever, and that the secret is gonna be one hell of a story for the Daily Bugle as well as The Daily Planet!
This story/crossover idea has been floating around in my noggin for quite a while, so I thought I’d share it! Will it happen?? Definitely not. But hey! A guy can only dream, can’t he?? After all: “Dreams save us. Dreams lift us up and transform us into something better.” That’s a Superman quote I’ll forever cherish and do my best to live by!
