My girlfriend is hungry at midnight.
There's a pig's neck ridge fermented by the mother + dinner in the cupboard.
So... become this dish. 🥹
Who is hungry late too?
(Our mother's pig fermentation recipe... delicious)
• Pig's Neck Ridge and Pig's Neck 500
• 1 tablespoon garlic pounded
• 1 pounded coriander root
• 1 / 2 teaspoon black pepper
Fermentation Machine
• 2 tablespoons green lid sauce
• 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon coconut flower sugar
• 1 / 2 tablespoon fish sauce
• 1 tablespoon oily flour (this one keeps it soft)
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
How to do
1. Mix the pig and everything together.
2.Ferment for at least 30 minutes (if fermented overnight, it will be very good)
3. Set the fire oil in the middle
4. Fry until golden yellow. Very fragrant. 🔥
5. Scoop up and rest for oil.
📌 Trick: Do not pig people often when fried. Will get a beautiful color, crispy, soft outside in.
