THESE CAME OUT PERFECT🤩

• 500g bread flour

• 280–300g water (lower hydration)

• 100g active starter

• 10g salt

• 15g olive oil

• 15g honey 🍯

✨ Mix starter + water, then add flour, salt, honey + oil.

✨ Knead until smooth.

✨ Bulk ferment, then shape into mini rolls.

✨ Cold proof in the fridge (mine chilled for a few days 🧊).

✨ Bake at 450°F for 18–22 mins!!
