My biggest tip for any health journey… PLAN AHEAD!! If you fail to plan you’re planning to fail.
Everytime I failed to plan, I failed. I fell off and ended up in a drive thru.
Not perfect by any means, but when you take the excuses of not knowing what to eat, or what’s for dinner, not having the groceries needed etc etc.
It gets that much easier to hit your goals.
Make one bulk meal, and split it for the week. Don’t over complicate, just keep it simple..
