all i did was get out of bed, felt light headed and started to lose my vision a little 🫠🫠

What even is this, like I don’t know what’s going on, my heart rate has been doing this to me lately, like the other day i was sitting on my bed playing animal crossing and boom 💥 my heart rate was 149bpm
