I stopped listening & I’m down 15lbs

I did what they told me to do.

I tracked my food.

I pushed through workouts 5 days a week.

I cut carbs, avoided sugar, chugged water, and counted every macro like my life depended on it.

And yet…

💔 I still felt exhausted.

💔 I still felt puffy + inflamed.

💔 I still felt anxious and on edge.

💔 I still couldn’t lose the weight no matter how hard I tried.

At one point, I genuinely thought I was broken.

I remember crying in my car one day because I was doing EVERYTHING “right”… and still felt like a failure.

But what I didn’t know then was this:
