I try to eat 100g+ of protein a day and these are some of my fav things that make that easy!!

I also try to follow a 1:10 ratio of protein:cals as much as I can! So if something has 200 cals, it should have at least 20g protein. Another way to check is to drop the last number from the calories and that should be more or equal to the amount of protein. If it has 200 cals, drop the last 0 and you have 20g protein.
