What I’d do ⬇️

No gatekeeping. If I had to start over with my health + hormone journey, here’s exactly what I’d do…

I spent YEARS feeling like a zombie.

Exhausted. Bloated. Stressed out of my mind.

Trying to “do everything right” and still feeling worse.

I remember being 30, thinking

“Is this just how I’m supposed to feel now?”

Tired, anxious, gaining weight, craving sugar constantly, and waking up already overwhelmed.

No doctor ever mentioned cortisol. No one told me my body was stuck in survival mode.

But now I know:

It wasn’t a willpower issue.

It was hormones. Stress. Inflammation. Cortisol. Gut health.

And no diet or workout could fix what my nervous system was fighting against.

If I could go back and tell myself what actually mattered, it would be this 👇

1️⃣ Eat 30g of protein within an hour of waking — stop doing “coffee first”

2️⃣ Walk after meals to support blood sugar + digestion

3️⃣ Focus on healing: nervous system, gut, liver, hormones — every day

4️⃣ Drop the all-or-nothing mindset — consistency > perfection

5️⃣ Stop trying what worked in your 20s — this phase needs a new plan

6️⃣ Use the right supplements that support your hormones, not fight them

I’m 34 now, and I finally feel clear, confident, and in control of my body again.

I lost 22 pounds — but more importantly, I stopped feeling like a stranger in my own skin.

✨ The shift didn’t happen from eating less.

It happened when I finally understood what my body actually needed.

If you’re feeling stuck — you’re not broken.

You just haven’t been given the right tools.

💛 Drop a “RESET” below or DM me and I’ll send you the exact stack that changed everything for me.

... Read moreMany people, especially women entering their 30s, often experience unexplained exhaustion, weight gain, and mood fluctuations that seem resistant to typical diet and exercise routines. The underlying culprit frequently involves hormone imbalances, especially elevated cortisol levels, which signal chronic stress and can push the body into a survival mode. This state disrupts metabolic processes, immune function, and mood regulation. Understanding cortisol and its effects is key to restoring health. Cortisol is a vital hormone produced by the adrenal glands, helping regulate stress responses, blood sugar, and inflammation. However, constant stress or inflammation leads to cortisol dysregulation—either too high or too low—triggering symptoms like belly fat accumulation, sugar cravings, anxiety, and fatigue. Addressing cortisol imbalance requires a multi-faceted approach. First, nutritional strategies can help stabilize blood sugar and support hormone balance; for example, eating 30 grams of protein within an hour of waking kickstarts metabolism and reduces cortisol spikes. Walking after meals improves digestion and glucose regulation which eases hormone stress. Next, healing the nervous system and gut health is incredibly beneficial since gut inflammation can exacerbate hormonal disruption. Practices like mindfulness meditation, deep breathing, and reducing inflammatory foods promote nervous system balance. Including prebiotic and probiotic-rich foods supports gut microbiome diversity, a cornerstone of hormonal health. Additionally, adopting a mindset that values consistency over perfection helps reduce stress and enhances long-term success. Avoiding all-or-nothing attitudes about diet and exercise is important, especially as the body’s needs evolve with age. Tailoring supplements specifically targeted to hormone support, rather than generic weight loss aids, also contributes meaningfully to restoring balance. Ultimately, this journey is not about willpower but about understanding and nurturing your body’s unique needs. If you’ve felt like a stranger in your own skin, the transformation comes from giving your body the right tools—not just to lose weight but to regain vitality and confidence. Embracing these evidence-based lifestyle shifts fosters sustainable wellness and empowers you to live aligned with how your body truly functions.

do you know what’s in your chips?
Chips are my favorite, go-to snack, so when I learned they had a long list of ingredients that I couldn’t even pronounce I knew something was up. I did a little bit of research and found out those words I couldn’t pronounce were CHEMICALS that are directly linked to weight gain, high blood pressure
